Amanda's Bio:

Amanda Shea is an organizational psychologist, mental health advocate, and small business owner. Her research in graduate school was focused on mental health in the workplace and how organizations can better support those with lived experience. Amanda has lived experience; she navigated her way through adolescent anxiety and healed her relationship with food after years of disordered eating in her twenties. She currently volunteers as a peer support provider for IAPMD for those living with PMDD/PME. She lives in "The Way Life Should Be" state (Maine) with her furkid, Bernadette, and enjoys kayaking, singing, reading, and baking.

Amanda holds a B.A. in psychology and women's studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an M.A. in organizational psychology from William James College.
