Amanda's Bio:

Amanda Shea is a Maine-based small business owner, consultant, marketer, and mental wellness advocate. With over a decade of experience as a mental health advocate, she volunteers as a peer support provider for IAPMD, supporting those living with PMDD/PME. Amanda has navigated her way through anxiety and healed her relationship with food after a disordered relationship with food for years in her twenties.

Amanda holds a B.A. in psychology and women's studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in organizational psychology from William James College.

Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her fur-kid, Bernadette, singing, and baking.
